      Always great customer service

      We have two lamps and love them. We recently purchased a second spare battery so now we have two to hot swap. We also upgraded the bulbs for more light. Great product, great company, great owner.

      Lamps Batteries and 10w bulbs

      Love having an extra battery for each lamp. Always one charged and ready to go when the other one needs to be charged. The 10w lamp bulb is just what I needed. We read a lot and it’s just wright for us. Will use these from now on.

      As expected

      Purchased a replacement battery (due to breakage of the locking tab on the original battery). The new battery came with a new bulb. Both operate as expected.

      No Cord

      I am pleased with the 10w bulb but was required to purchase the battery pack because that's the only way that bulb is sold. I was surprised and dismayed that it did not include the charging cord for the battery pack. For the price paid, and because it is required for purchase of the bulb I would expect that the charging cord would be included. Very odd and disappointing.

      Sorry I understand the cost concern, but this large high performance battery is one of the most expensive parts of our product that we have to make and your original lamp purchase always comes with the wall charger... so should be no need for another... unless you lost it. Thanks.

      Love this lamp!

      This lamp is exactly what we needed. We also bought the battery pack and brighter bulb, and I would highly recommend doing so. It is worth ever penny, and the extra battery ensures that the lamp will always be ready to work wherever you choose to use it. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made that fills a very specific purpose.
