This short but cute U.S. artisan made stoneware is done in a metallic bronze glaze and sits on a black metal base. Every piece in this hand made, limited run, is made here in America. Topped with an off fabric hardback shade that is also made in the USA! This cordless lamp makes a dramatic statement piece for those difficult to light places, from bookshelves to dining tables. This unique lamp is solely powered by a rechargeable, high performance Li-Ion 12V battery. This eco-friendly, low wattage lamp includes a long lasting LED 12V bulb. Charge up the battery, and light up your home anywhere you desire regardless of outlets!

Perfect for my needs!

I've have been looking for a battery powered lamp for a particular use in mind, but also for one that had good battery life and an appealing design. This lamp from Modern Lantern really fit the bill. I plan on purchasing other lamps in the future. Oh, btw, I recommend getting the 5W bulb if you need a bit more light.

Exceeded Expectations!

My primary use for this lamp is to light the dining table in my formal dining room during evening dinners. The lamp is an absolutely perfect size for this and the amount of light is great. I also ordered the brighter 5 watt bulb which helped even more. I also tried the lamp in our motor home and it was great there as well. The cordless feature enabled me to place the lamp where there wasn't an outlet and again the size for an RV is awesome and the look everywhere is beautiful! I've had many compliments. This has been a great purchase and I'd recommend this smaller lamp where you will benefit from the versatility as I have. The buying experience was top shelf as well.

Perfect Lamp

We have been looking for the perfect lamp Andy finally found it. We have a great room with furniture in the middle and didn't want to drill holes in the floor for a lamp with a cord.
