Our new model battery pack on our larger lamps typically lasts over 28 hours on a full charger with our 7W led bulbs (55W output equivalent).
Our newest model mini lamps provide equivalent output as standard 30W bulb with 18 hours on high, 36 hours on medium, and a whopping 150+ hours on low with a full charge.
Our high-speed charger (included with every lamp) will have your mini battery ready to reuse in approx. 2 hours and large 7000 mAh pack in 4-5 hours.
All of our lamps use (include) a 12 volt LED bulb, not your standard 120 volt bulbs you find at the hardware stores. We do carry spares on our Parts page.
Our 12V low wattage LED bulb has a nice warm glow and has equivalent output to a traditional 55W light bulb, but ours lasts over 50,000 hours in its lifetime and uses only 7 watts of power! Our larger lamps have brighter 10W bulb options on our Parts page.
It is very simple and straight forward really, our user instructions can direct you, or see our YouTube video. Basically the battery is hidden in our base and is a simple plug and play, like a digital camera battery. If you need an extra battery pack or a replacement please see our Parts page or contact us.
Our products usually ships in 2-3 days from your time of order and ship FEDEX Ground, so you should receive it within 5-8 business days. We will e-mail you a confirmation number to track its status (check your SPAM folders). NOTE our ceramics are custom built as ordered in our shop and take 2-3 weeks to deliver usually.

YES, we have a 30 day guarantee upon delivery. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange for a different model, please just keep all the original packaging and reach out for the return/exchange process at: info@modernlantern.com
We also have an iron clad 1 year warranty. Regardless of the issue we will take care of it for you asap.
